Mavron String Quartet

Formed in 2002, the Mavron Quartet continues to enjoy a busy schedule. Past engagements have included recitals in Belgium, Italy and Romania and closer to home the quartet were appointed Junior Fellows in chamber music at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (2004/05). Currently they are ensemble in residence at the Gate Arts Centre, Cardiff. The quartet's work has included appearances for the National Assembly of Wales, the Commonwealth and Foreign Office and the 2006 European Presidency Celebrations. The Mavron Quartet are available for hire for private functions and weddings.
