Is it Fair is a non party political peoples campaign for the reform of Council Tax and we have groups all over the country. We aim to raise awareness of Council Tax issues and protest against the year upon year of increases with a view to getting the Govt to scrap the system and replace it with a fairer one based on a persons ability to pay NOT on property values. The recent rebanding exercise in Wales has hit a great many people very hard and it is time this unfair system was dispensed with.

Railway Development Society Wales
